Michael joined PPM as a Director in 2017, working alongside Glen Harrington and Noel Artis and building on more than 40 years of combined group experience and capability. His appointment supported a seamless leadership transition, culminating in his appointment as Managing Director in 2023.

Michael is a highly accomplished development advisory and project management professional with more than 35 years of experience across the property development and construction sector. His background spans real estate agency, funds management, construction, and development, equipping him to offer clients a commercially astute, end-to-end perspective that supports strategic decision-making and successful project delivery.
His project portfolio spans land subdivision, commercial, industrial, retail, residential high-rise, and social infrastructure developments, demonstrating broad sector capability and depth of experience. He is recognised for identifying project risks and opportunities early, enabling clients to strengthen strategy, manage complexity with confidence, and protect project value at every stage. Drawing on extensive industry experience and practical expertise, he partners with clients to optimise project performance, unlock value, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
