We are sad but also excited to see the demolition of Auyin Property Development’s Display Suite at 212 Bay Road, Sandringham, which has been relocated to Office 3 at 216 Bay Road, Sandringham. This has made way for the final stage of the development – Loam House, following successful completion of the first and second stage buildings Pavilion Green and Sea & Sky.
