Challenges
Deliver on the master plan that incorporated campus buildings including modular buildings, civils and related infrastructure, to secure BER funding. Drive the delivery of the project while managing to a very tight budget and dealing with site constraints such as rock and lack of services.
Solutions
PPMGA specifically worked on our client relationship to ensure we could leverage all of our project management experience for them, and our client understanding meant we could deliver specific solutions for them. In particular, the use of modular buildings assisted in us delivering the project under budget.
Results
The project was delivered to programme and budget and was then used by the client as a prototype for their next project.
