This $7m project required PPMGA to develop the client organisational/spatial functional brief, source, evaluate, select and negotiate on the building, then deliver the 6,000sqm fitout over 3 levels including commercial kitchens, chapel and prayer room, training spaces, retail shop, all to be certified to 4 Green Star ESD.

Results
The Salvation Army was relocated and installed in new premises to meet with their brief, ensuring their organisation transitioned to new premises with very limited disruption, and were able to gain maximum organisational benefit from the new premises.
