Delivering this a 25,000sqm Neighbourhood Shopping Centre PPMGA needed to convey its strong knowledge of the design requirements of various Majors and Specialties to the design team.
Solutions
PPMGA worked with the client to apply their knowledge of the briefs and requirements of Majors, ensuring the design would be able to accommodate these. Dealing with changing requirements of the Majors, PPMGA used its extensive contractual knowledge to ensure the client was protected while ensuring the Tenant was also dealt with commercially and properly accommodated.
Results
The project was delivered well ahead of program, and approximately 10% under budget, with all project milestones and targets met for the client and Tenants.
