PPMGA provided Project Management services in collaboration with L U Simon Builders Pty Ltd and Villa Maria Society of 6 Studley Park Road, Kew, Victoria, 3101, to produce a high-quality Retirement Village in the heart of Camberwell. The project consisted of 66 Independent Living Apartments, including 2 beds and 2 baths with large balconies and courtyards, as well as various communal spaces providing access to a Wellness centre, Gym, Hairdressers, Coffee Bar, Activities Room, Lounge, Restaurant, Secure Parking and much more.
